Meet the Owner: Argetim Abazi
Argetim has been working in the trades since 2013 and brings over a decade of hands-on experience to every project AB Stucco takes on.
He personally conducts on-site assessments for most jobs, oversees crew work, and maintains direct relationships with product manufacturers including ADEX Systems and IMASCO.
For Argetim, stucco isn’t just a trade — it’s a craft that protects families and builds neighbourhood pride.

AB Stucco has completed complex restoration work including the garage rebuild at 20 Dover Point SE in Calgary — a structure that caught fire in 2024. Working on contract for CPR Group Ltd., Argetim and his crew applied a full IMASCO stucco system to the newly rebuilt garage. Project Spotlight: 20 Dover Point SE Garage Restoration
In 2024, a garage fire at 20 Dover Point SE in Calgary’s Dover community left the structure needing a complete rebuild. CPR Group Ltd. brought AB Stucco on as the stucco contractor for the restoration. Argetim and his crew applied a full IMASCO stucco system to the newly constructed garage, matching the finish to the surrounding buildings.
The condo’s residents were thrilled with the result — and you can see the before-and-after photos right on our homepage. This project reflects exactly how AB Stucco approaches every job: precise product application, attention to colour and texture matching, and a finished product that stands up to Calgary’s climate.
